I am back with another card inspired by the Counterfeit Kit Challenge Season's Greetings Month.

On December 12th was the technique: Fussy cutting.

Counterfeit Kit Challenge - Season's Greetings with my November Delightful Scrapping Kit Cards 1 - 8

Hello everyone,

I was very surprised when I found out that the design team of the Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog will give us every day during the december month a christmas card/ happy new year card as an inspiration.
I decided that I will play along and make as many cards as possible, inspired by the cards that are posted each day.
8 cards I've made so far and I am working on 2 more. Nice to mention that I have not spend one eurocent on all these cards. I made everything from my stash.
Great thanks to the design team for the inspiration! 

Overview of my christmas cards

Backing pretty die cut designs with pretty paper:

I used my alphabet dies.

Making a shaker element:

Making a  mixed media background:

Embossed en inked background. Decorated with stamp, die cut and wood veneer.

I used Ranger distress ink colors tattered rose and faded jeans

Adding hand-stitching  and sequins:

I made the snowman with 3 die cut circles and draw the hat and cut it out. But let's be honest: my inspiration came from Melissa Philips' card that you can find HERE

Counterfeitkit Challenge November 2019 Delightful Scrapping

Hello everyone!

This month I want to take part in the Counterfeitkit Challenge. I never buy a complete scrapbook kit or cardmaking kit or what so ever. Most of my craft supplies I buy at the discount store Action in the Netherlands. They are very cheap, and that is at the same time an tremendous temptation. You can imagine that I have way too much stuff collected in the past years.

How nice is it that Counterfeitkit Challenge has a dutch store kit to counterfeit this month.
It is the pocket pages kit from Scrapdelight  Scrapbookstore (You can visit them HERE).

*UPDATE 28th nov.*

I realised that I didn't included any alphabet stickers or die cuts in my kit. So I took a photo  from my alphabet dies and a paper from one of my new 12x12 paperpads. You know, from discounter store Action.

And this is my kit:

Excuses for the bad lighting. Probably it was a gloomy day when I took this photos.
I always try to get as close as possible with the colors in the kit. I added a gingham pattern stamp, some wood veneer houses, clouds mask stencil, pages from an adult colouring book with houses, die cuts with light bulbs, die cut coffie mugs,
die cuts with fairy houses, some washi tape.
I tried to capture the feeling of the winter theme and I hope that I succeeded.

Cactus

Hallo iedereen,


Ik was helemaal in de stemming om eens flink aan de slag te gaan met allerlei cactusplaatjes en -stickers die ik al tijden hebben liggen. Ik heb 11 kaarten gemaakt, met nog genoeg over om nog eens 5 te maken denk ik.
Ongelooflijk wat je ongemerkt verzamelt, en dat terwijl ik niet eens fan ben van de cactusrage!

Sommige kaarten zijn erg simpel, gewoon wat stickers van de Action er op geplakt. Andere hebben iets meer tijd gekost.

Hallo iedereen,

Het is al veel te lang geleden dat ik hier voor het laatst was. Het is niet zo dat ik niet creatief bezig ben geweest, het posten kwam er gewoon niet van. Maar hier ben ik weer met een mannenkaart:
